As we look toward the future and our continued growth, which includes international expansion and the establishment of Ningbo Mastip Technology Co., Limited, developing world-class sales capability is vital to the next stage of our success. In support of this, we are seeking a Factory Manager to join as a key member of our Ningbo China Manufacturing Team.

Here are some of the qualifications and skills required in this role: 以下是我们需求的一些技能及所需的资质和经验：
- Formal engineering qualifications

- English language qualification

- 5 years+ manufacturing or engineering experience at supervisory level or higher

- Experience working in Hot Runner or Tooling industry

- Knowledge and experience in working with local government

- CNC tooling knowledge and experience

- Experience with Unigraphics Design software is desirable

Here are some of the role functions required: 有关职位的要求：
- To work in conjunction with Mastip NZ in the establishment of our new manufacturing site in Ningbo

- To lead and project manage the establishment of a NEW manufacturing site in Ningbo for the manufacture of Hot Runner manifolds and components

- To recruit, manage and assume leadership responsibilities for the factory team and site (CNC milling and lathe machining, assembly, QC and raw material stores)

- To drive continuous improvement and optimisation of all manufacturing processes
