• Trade certificate in Machining or related trade

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in precision manufacturing

• Skilled and proficient in the use and programing of 4 axis Horizontal machining centers

• CNC tooling knowledge

• Proficient in the use CAM software including 5 axis machining

• Understanding of various QC equipment and QA principles

In support of this, we are seeking a Factory Manager to join as a key member of our Ningbo China Manufacturing Team.

Here are some of the role functions required: 有关职位的要求：

• To work in conjunction with Mastip NZ in the establishment of our new manufacturing site in Ningbo

• To lead and project manage the establishment of a NEW manufacturing site in Ningbo for the manufacture of Hot Runner manifolds and components
• 领导和项目管理新宁波Mastip热流道及其零部件生产工厂
• To recruit, manage and assume leadership responsibilities for the factory team and site (CNC milling and lathe machining, assembly, QC and raw material stores)

• To drive continuous improvement and optimisation of all manufacturing processes
